Tariffs are for room only* (NB: no cooked breakfast is offered), based on two people sharing, (unless otherwise stated), and includes parking.
* Room rates have been reduced to reflect the new breakfast policy. However, we provide a comprehensive and complimentary in-room compact trolley, containing toaster, kettle, crockery, glassware and cutlery, plus cereals/milk, bread/butter/jam/honey, tea/coffee/herbal teas, cereal bars and fruit.
The 4 bedrooms, (king size, twin, double, family), are all light and airy with contemporary furnishings and finished to the highest possible standard of modern comfort. Ensuites are bright and generously proportioned, with either spa/whirlpool bath or very spacious showers, shaver points, quality toiletries and fluffy towels.

Deposit
An online or telephone deposit of 50%, is required to secure your accommodation.
Payments
On-line banking and online credit/debit card payments are accepted, as well as debit/credit card telephone payments for direct bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable. Full payment for the entire booking applies to 'no-shows' or cancellations within 14 days from the arrival date. We always endeavour to re-let the room, in which case we are very happy to refund the corresponding amount.
Atlantic Heights is a non-smoking guest house and not suitable for very young children (under 6yrs) or pets.
