COVID 19 measures at Atlantic Heights

In line with Government guidelines, we have implemented the following measures for the protection of guests and staff, to mitigate and prevent the spread of COVID 19

• Contactless payment
  
  
• Contactless arrival – disinfected keys placed in key-safe next to fixed hand sanitiser.
• Contactless checkout
  
  
• Deep cleaning using antiviral disinfectant effective against Coronavirus; certified to European standards
  
  
• Increased cleaning frequency of high touch points in public areas – eg front doors, bedroom doors, hallway, stairs and provisions area/chiller cabinet on ground floor.
  
  
• All linen and towels thermally disinfected – washed at 60 degrees.
  
  
• Customer hand sanitiser stations (in key locations) – outside the front door, in the garden, at the provision areas on ground floor
  
  
• Social distancing measures must be applied – therefore there will be no public lounge or dining area at the guesthouse.
  
  
• PPE provided to all hotel team members – gloves, aprons and masks used during changeovers and when cleaning shared areas e.g. stairway and provision areas.
  
  
• We cannot offer breakfast, (room tariffs have already been reduced to reflect this) We have therefore provided:-
  
  
• A compact hostess trolley in each room.  Containing a kettle, toaster, glasses, mugs, crockery & cutlery, chopping board and tea-towels.
  
  
• Chiller cabinet/provisions console for guests to replenish their breakfast items – on the ground floor. Contains amongst other things individual wrapped, tea/coffee/herbal teas, cartons of milk, cereal, cereal bars, fruit and bread/butter jam/honey. *
  
  
• To minimise contact points, (in line with government guidelines), the housekeeping staff will not enter your bedrooms during your stay. Room tariffs have already been reduced to reflect this.

The following measures have been implemented to assist our guests.

• Guests are able to replenish their breakfast provisions from the chiller cabinet/provisions console/hand sanitiser station on the ground floor
  
  
• Guests are requested to dry towels in their rooms. Please use laundry bag only to request a change of towel/s, leave on the ground floor hallway before 11am.
  
  
• Antibacterial cleaning products and anti-bacterial handwashes will be made available in each room.
  
  
• Guests are requested to please bag their rubbish and dispose of it in the refuse bin provided, in the hallway on the ground floor.
